01 Status Shows the attendee’s current position — such as Pending Approval, Check Required or Confirmed.
02 Stage Groups related statuses into Pre-registration, In progress, Confirmed, Event activity or Closed / restricted — helping your team filter registrants at a glance.
More polished guest-facing hubs Choose Jonamo Light or Jonamo Dark for your Experience Hub, giving guest-facing pages a cleaner, more polished look that better suits the tone of each event.
Custom activities for the guest journey Add custom activities to the guest journey, tailored to your event, programme or broader experience. This helps your team manage more than attendance alone — including the meaningful steps guests take before, during and after the event.
API enhancements for connected workflows We’ve enhanced the Jonamo API to support stronger connections between Jonamo and your other systems, helping keep event and attendee information aligned across existing workflows.
Vetting and approval at the doorAttendees marked Check Required are clearly flagged. Your team can review them, complete the required vetting and approve or decline access at the door.
Vehicle number-plate scanning and searchScan or search for a vehicle number plate to find the related booking or guest profile and see everyone included — giving your team clearer arrival information where vehicle access is part of the experience.
An activity trail for your teamScans, searches, status changes and comment updates are recorded, with the operator name on activity entries so you can see who performed each action.
Keep your event in view The header keeps the event name and its subtitle, where provided, visible as you move between event pages. You no longer need to return to Event details to check which event you’re working in.
Your capsule and account, clearly separated See your current capsule in the top bar, with clear links to your default capsule and My capsules. Your account details and sign-out sit in a separate menu on the right.
Operations for the day. Setup for the details. The event menu separates day-to-day work — including registrants, communication and payments — from event content, registration forms, hub layout and other setup options. Menu options continue to reflect the features enabled for you and your event.
Less clutter. A clearer place in the menu. Expandable groups and a highlighted current page help you find your way. The repeated capsule heading and Favorites shortcut have been removed, and the menu can be opened when needed on smaller screens.
